
Renault-Samsung unveils new SM3 and eMX concept at Seoul Motor Show

SEOUL, South Korea -- Renault-Samsung Motor, South Korean subsidiary of the Renault-Nissan alliance unveiled two new models at the Seoul Motor Show
Renault-Samsung SM3
7-years have passed since the unveiling of the SM3 and now with the help of the Alliance Renault-Samsung was able to develop the 2nd generation of this model.
The 4620 mm long sedan sits on a 2700 mm long wheelbase. It is powered by a new engine, code named H4M which will be mated to the latest X-Tronic CVT transmission.
The car is claimed to have an "umbrella" shape. The new SM3 is scheduled to be introduced some time in the latter half of the year.
Renault-Samsung eMX
eMX (eco-Motoring Experience) is a small fun-car, which has been designed and engineered by ‘RSM Design’ a technical center located in Giheung district.
The compat eMX rides on a 2535 mm long platform and has a total length of 4040 mm. It hints at a forthcoming new models from the company.
